KTC designed and developed a suite of applications to define and capture KPI's across all 15 departments for a large corporate energy supplier. Solution components developed included a desktop windows forms based Scorecard Builder application to define complex KPI's and publish them via dynamic templates to SharePoint 2010. 

KPI data collection templates and workflow is exposed via custom web parts in the SharePoint 2010 based corporate intranet. A monthly and quarterly board pack generation facility was built to greatly streamline report assembly which had been a heavily manual process. The workflow and reminder notification mechanism was implemented through SQL and using a SharePoint timer job.
